On my LF blog, I need to start tracing my progress for my iPerpetualTraveler site in this location, including digital notes.

Over the last 2 days, I blew up my blood sugar in anticipation of what I have to do – switch to a primal diet per Mark’s Daily Apple.  Set at 440 this morning.  If I have to, I will fast for a couple of days to drive it back down.

21 Days of Accelerated Prep:

I’m not patient. I have a new project – http://iPerpetualTraveler.com – that is coming along slowly (mostly used to learning Joomla).

I need to get a foundation going, and then bust out the full 21 days.

Over this time, we have an incredible number of projects to complete:

2. creating my own joomla videos as I learn each step
3. uploading to YouTube, Vimeo, and other video sharing sites
4. using membership levels to create free list in joomla
5. creating a review site template in WP with the correct plugins and themes
6. creating one new AP blog each day
7. setting up curation
8. curating a fixed home page for each AP blog
9. fixed home page – curated posts
10. paid membership site – anytime anywhere income
11. affiliate marketing
12. instant commission sites
13. paypal setup

General Guidelines/Life Changing Strategies:

1. sleep in 1 to 4 hour blocks (protects back)
2. minimum 2 dog walks a day
