On my LF blog, I need to start tracing my progress for my iPerpetualTraveler site in this location, including digital notes.

Over the last 2 days, I blew up my blood sugar in anticipation of what I have to do – switch to a primal diet per Mark’s Daily Apple. Set at 440 this morning. If I have to, I will fast for a couple of days to drive it back down.

General Guidelines/Life Changing Strategies:

sleep in 1 to 4 hour blocks (protects back)
